Bug – Missing Text (“Nedostajući tekstovi”) Control Behavior
In the admin panel, the Missing Text (Nedostajući tekstovi) feature is supposed to show missing content for all languages.

Observed Behavior:

1. When both languages (Serbian and English) are left empty in the introductory text and description, the control correctly shows missing text for both languages.

2. When values are entered for one language (primary, e.g., Serbian) and left empty for the secondary language (e.g., English), the secondary language (English) does not appear in the missing text table, even though it should.

3. In the reverse scenario (values entered for secondary language and primary left empty), the missing text table correctly shows the missing primary language.

Expected Behavior:

• The missing text control should always display any language that is missing values, regardless of which language has content.

• If a value is missing in any language, it must appear in the missing text table.

• Behavior should be consistent for both primary and secondary languages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open admin panel for introductory text and description.

2. Enter values for primary language only (e.g., Serbian).

3. Leave secondary language (e.g., English) empty.

4. Open Missing Text control → observe that English is not listed (incorrect).

5. Reverse the languages and observe that the missing text is displayed correctly.
